Fast filters to fine-tune your morning brew.
Overview
This paper has a very low retention, allowing for fast extraction using a finer grind size and/or more coffee without over-extraction.
Why a paper filter?
While the BIRD can brew a great cup of coffee with the stainless filter alone, the use of paper really makes the coffee sing. No grit and all the flavor.
About the paper
100% organic FAST Specialty Coffee Filter paper technology. Produced especially for the BIRD by our friends at Sibarist in Barcelona.
Features
- Made for use with the BIRD.
- High permeability for fast flow rates.
- 100% organic fibers.
