Shipping coverage:
Espresso Retro Hong Kong Limited provides shipping services to Hong Kong, Hong Kong's remote areas and outlying islands, and Macau. Hong Kong, Hong Kong Remote Areas, & Macau:
Our delivery team can cover most areas in Hong Kong while providing a fast and reliable delivery experience.
FREE shipping will be provided for orders over HK$300. For orders under HK$300, we charge a flat rate of HK$30 per shipment.
For orders to Macau, we ship by SF-Expresso COD only. Please WhatsApp +852 9476 9677 for more details.
***Please note:
- For deliveries to the HK airport, remote areas, and outlying islands, such as Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, etc., we ship by SF-Express COD.
- If the delivery address does not have an elevator or the elevator cannot reach the floor, the deliveryman will charge an additional staircase fee of HK$100 per floor when the customer receives the goods, up to a maximum of five floors.

International orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date.
Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. The arrival date varies depending on the designated shipping method and your local customs clearance process.
