Espresso machines have a talent for choosing the worst moment. It's Monday, you're already late, and the machine that has worked perfectly for two years won't heat up, or drips from somewhere it shouldn't, or makes a sound you have never heard before.
The first thing to do is send us a WhatsApp at +852 9476 9677. Tell us what's happening and, if you can, add a photo or a short video. It often tells us more than a long description, and sometimes it turns out to be something we can sort out together in a couple of minutes.
When a machine needs a proper look, it comes to our service centre in Tsuen Wan, under the same roof as our showroom. The people who open it up work with these machines every day. We look after Rocket, La Marzocco and La Pavoni machines, and Fellow products too, and we'll explain what we found before we go any further.
A lot of what comes through our door could have waited years longer with a little routine care. It isn't complicated, and it's different for every machine, so we're always happy to show you what yours needs and how often. When we deliver a new machine we set it up in your kitchen, and that's a good moment to ask. Ten minutes of care now and then is a lot cheaper than a Monday morning without coffee.
If you bought your machine from us, it comes with the official warranty, and we already know it well. If you bought it somewhere else, ask anyway. Send us the brand and model and we'll tell you straight away whether we can help. If it's a machine we look after, we'll take it from there.
