Overview
We designed the EG-1 from the ground up, centered around the burrs. Given that burr-centric focus, we offer three different burr sets, providing three different, near-zero retention grind profiles.
The Core (DB-1), which currently ship with all EG-1s; The Ultra (DB-2), built to be the ultimate for pour-over coffee; And The Base (DB-3), our burr set utilized in our original MK1 EG-1s.
