PAGAIA

At the heart of Elizabeth3 lies Pagaia, LELIT's electronic flow profile system, designed to go beyond preset profiles with real-time correction of pressure and flow during extraction. Rotate the lever to shape the curve as it happens, monitored live on the LCC display: full manual control, live pressure modulation, and a new level of precision for those who want to explore every extraction style.

PRESSURE PROFILES

New factory settings bring two preset pressure profiles, "Lever Shot" and "Modern Shot", tailored to different roast styles for consistent results from the very first shot, fully customizable through the LCC menu.

Elizabeth3 embodies the new LELIT Visual Design Language: precise lines, bold material contrasts, and the Pagaia system as a true visual and tactile signature, enriched by premium finishes and the iconic gem pictogram.
