New vacuum insulation system
The new steam boiler with vacuum insulation further reduces heat loss and maintains pressure more efficiently, providing reliable steam output with lower energy consumption.
T3 genius
Ensures control of the steam boiler temperature, coffee boiler, and group for maximum precision in the cup. The Extraction Temperature Reproduction of the E1 Prima PRO has achieved optimal results with perfect positioning within the range established by World Coffee Events.
PB tech
It is an intelligent extraction system that extracts the best flavors of espresso through a series of precisely timed water pulses. It is easily activated with a simple on/off switch, after which the machine handles everything on its own.
Gravitech
Gravimetric technology offers baristas higher levels of consistency and control over coffee preparation by allowing them to read the weight of the coffee in the cup from the unit's display. Gravitech is a volumetric system for controlling and managing the coffee in the cup to ensure maximum consistency and repeatability of the result.
PureBrew Technology
It’s an innovative extraction method that applies to espresso and the extraction of a new beverage without using pressure. Pure Brew opens up a world of different recipes for baristas: from espresso to Pure Brew Coffee to the extraction of tea and infusions to obtain perfect ingredients for mixing cocktails and mocktails.
TERS
The patented TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System) allows waste water to be used to preheat incoming water, using a process to recycle and minimize waste with a savings of 8 percent of total machine consumption.

The Black Eagle Maverick has a more compact design with a lower profile, improving both aesthetics and functionality. Its new foot structure improves stability by making it easier for bartenders to interact with customers.
The touch screen and group display provide clear and intuitive controls for a smooth user experience. The Victoria Arduino filter holder, made of stainless steel, offers improved ergonomics for greater comfort. The machine retains its distinctive Black Eagle motif, with elegant details such as a redesigned grid and sustainable drip tray. Available in five fashionable colorways, the Maverick combines innovation and timeless elegance.
Sustainability
The Black Eagle Maverick is the most efficient espresso machine ever made by Victoria Arduino, with energy consumption reduced by up to 43 percent compared to the VA388 Black Eagle.
Every detail has been optimized: the steam boiler is now insulated with vacuum technology to better retain heat and ensure consistent output using less energy. The units have been lightened, better insulated and redesigned internally, ensuring superior thermal stability and faster response between brews.
The new insulated front panel improves the comfort of the working environment, while the TERS system harnesses exhaust energy to preheat incoming water, reducing waste. Behind the scenes, a redesigned electronic PID manages fast and precise thermal adjustments on all heating zones, ensuring consistency even at times of highest load. The result is an even more sustainable, productive and intuitive machine designed for those seeking excellent performance with minimal impact.
